can choose one item from each category:
Pasta
Angel Hair pasta with either Meat or Marinara sauce
Linguini Alle Vongole
(Linguini with Clam sauce)
Meat
Vitello (Veal)
Piccata –
Tender slices of veal sautéed with capers, mushrooms,
fresh lemon, herbs and wine.
Pollo (Chicken)
Marsala –
Chicken breast sautéed in butter with marsala wine and
mushrooms.
